• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Düsseldorf, Germany, and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
